American Attitudes is the holding company for an expanding profile of style-conscious brands, offering moderately-priced fashion, accessories and footwear that cater to both the style and lifestyle demands of today’s consumer.  Spanning the Junior, Missy, Women’s Contemporary and Men’s markets, the group’s fashion labels include Say What?, Emma & Posh, Unruly Heir, and There is a Star in Every Woman by Phillip Bloch, as well as the Say What? Footwear and Jewelry brand extensions. 

Since its 1979 inception by knitwear pioneer Izzy Pnini, American Attitudes has also grown into one of the industry’s largest sweater manufacturers, producing for department stores and retailers in the US, Canada, Europe and Mexico, and has successfully expanded into additional categories including cut & sew, active wear, seamless, outerwear, dresses and woven garments.  Currently employing over 100+, the company operates out of its corporate headquarters in Manhattan’s prestigious Garment Center and from its sample and production facility in Queens, with satellite offices in China, Bangladesh, India and the Dominican Republic.
