Izzy Pnini,
Founder
A pioneer in the knitwear industry, American Attitudes founder Izzy Pnini is
recognized within the industry, as well as worldwide, for creating the “piece
dye goods” process—a fast, custom-dye technique. He established his first
knitting factory in 1980, based in Ridgewood Queens, specializing in the design
and domestic production of sweaters. Under Pnini’s direction, the company
has grown its design and production capabilities and secured the reputation as
a leading domestic operation, while also expanding to manufacture overseas. |

Rozita Pnini,
President & CEO
From creative and technical design, to production and manufacturing, to sales
and retailer relations, Rozita Pnini is the visionary behind the American Attitudes
brand portfolio, overseeing both the day-to-day and big-picture operations. With
extensive marketing, business management and distribution experience in the fashion
industry, Pnini is responsible for the growth and expansion of the American Attitudes
empire over the past 15 years. |

Peter Stern,
Principal & CFO
The owner of Express Service Forwarding, worldwide logistics and shipping expert
Peter Stern joined American Attitudes in April 2008. He has been an integral
part of establishing and maintaining relationships with international carriers,
overseas suppliers, and financial institutions, introducing American Attitudes
to new markets and expanding the business globally. Under his guidance
he has helped take American Attitudes from a fast-growing family-owned company
to an efficient corporate structure. |

Matthew
Pnini, Executive Vice President, Operations
As a son of founder Izzy Pinini, Matthew grew up ingrained in the family business,
working summers to gain the necessary hands-on fashion and manufacturing experience
he would need to assume a later role. Upon completing the University of
Michigan, with a focus in economics, Matthew joined the company full-time and
is integrally involved in all product development, sales, finance, inventory
control and distribution. |

Yuval Navon
– Executive Vice President of Overseas Operations
In 2001, Yuval Navon joined American Attitudes to spearhead the company’s
Import and Export activities. He is a licensed attorney
in the state of New York with degrees in both International Law and
Economics. He has been an integral part in the growth of American
Attitudes’ Import Division, directing success in areas including
merchandizing, production, logistics and financing.
